Initially, I expected only coaching on communication skills using generalized techniques ...However, by drawing on her wealth of experience , Maggie pin-pointed specific solutions to issues she uncovered. She then probed my thoughts to reveal (to me) how I would accomplish these goals. It is difficult to put a dollar amount on the value she brought, but it is multiple times the fee she charged.
